I signed up for a recurring subscription, when can I cancel it?

The charge will appear on your statment as either Hyper Village or CCBill.
What is the difference between Private and Private Plus?
"Private" subscription provides you with access to the Private area on Cream Pie. "Private Plus" subscription provides you with access to the Private area on Cream Pie and also to the members area of Cyberfoxes.

Cream Pie is a specialized adult web site and Cyberfoxes is a general adult web site. We found that since we're not providing the same content, it would be beneficial for our members to share content.

The reason for creating "Private Plus" is that Cream Pie and Cyberfoxes have different prices for subscription. It would be unfair for Cream Pie members, paying a lower rate, to have access to Cyberfoxes, therefore, "Private Plus" was created to match the price of Cyberfoxes.

When trying to login, I get the message; "Access Violation" or "Forbidden".
We use technology that blocks accounts if they are being used by more than one person or if the user is causing undue stress to the network.

Contact internal@creampie.com for assistance. Once this is corrected, you may need to delete the cookie to clear this message.

We will unblock the account for you and/or change your user name and password.

Why do I need to change my username and password?
Our automated security system has detected either (1) more than one person concurrently using your codes to access the site or (2) you have used too much bandwidth in too short a time.

More than one person using your codes usually happens when someone has guessed your codes and shared them with others. Believe it or not - some people use automated programs designed to figure out usernames and passwords for membership sites.

If you were using a program (sometimes known as a "site-sucker" or "download accelerator") to download large portions of content from our site this will use too much bandwidth and our security system will suspend your access. Unfortunately, in order to keep our membership rates low, we cannot allow use of these programs because we have to pay for the bandwidth. You will have to turn off this program when visiting our site.

There are a couple of other things that can cause a false reading by our security system. If you use two different types of browsers to access the members' area at the same time, even if they are both running on the same computer, the system may detect more than one user. Some Internet Service Providers use multiple servers, called "proxies", to make a number of fast connections between your computer and our site. This can also cause the system to detect more than one user.

If someone has guessed my username and password could they get any of my other information?
No, your personal and payment information is safe. Your username and password cannot be used to retrieve credit card data or any other sensitive information.
How may I avoid others guessing my user name and password?
It will help reduce the likelihood of someone guessing your username and password if you avoid proper names, common words or easily guessed combinations as code choices such as "fred/barney", "kirk/enterprise", "54321/12345", etc. Try using a combination of capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to make it more difficult for someone else to figure out.
When trying to login, what I enter disappears or I get the message "Authorization Required".
The user name and password combination entered could not be found in our system.

Possible cause ...

  1. Your access codes are cAsE sEnSiTiVe, nancy is not the same as NANCY or Nancy. Make sure that you've entered your access codes properly.

  2. Your account may've expired, thereby, your access codes were deleted from our system. Check the status of your account.
